Pricing

How Dockline pricing works.

Every warehouse job is different, so every job gets its own quote. Submitting a request is free, and you never pay unless you accept.

What it costs to ask.

  • Submitting a request is free

No card, no fee, no commitment to send the details.

  • No obligation to accept

Review the quote and decide. Decline and you owe nothing.

  • Unawarded requests cost nothing

Withdraw any request before acceptance at no charge.

  • You pay per job

No subscription, no monthly minimum, no long-term contract.

What's in a quote.

One price for the job, built from the line items the facility actually charges for.

  • Labor

Dock crew time to unload, restack, transload, palletize or reload.

  • Pallet charges

Per-pallet handling, plus new pallets, wrap and labels if needed.

  • Storage

Per-pallet, per-day storage when freight has to wait for the next move.

  • Equipment

Forklifts, pallet jacks, clamps or dock doors the job needs.

  • Accessorials

After-hours work, detention, or special handling — listed, never hidden.

How Dockline earns.

Dockline sources the facility, confirms it can do the job, and coordinates scheduling, updates and paperwork through completion. For that, Dockline's fee is built into the price you're quoted. The number you accept is the number you pay — no broker surcharge or surprise fee added afterwards.

FAQ

Questions freight teams ask first.

How does quoting work?

Submit your freight details once — location, service, pallet count, timing. Dockline confirms which facilities can actually do the job and sends you a quote. You compare and decide; nothing happens until you accept.

Does it cost anything to submit a request?

No. Submitting a request and receiving a quote is free, and you are never obligated to accept. Requests you don't award carry no charge.

What does "vetted" mean?

Before a facility quotes, Dockline checks business identity, insurance, the services it offers, and the equipment it has on site — dock doors, forklifts and capacity — so the quote matches what your freight needs.

What does a quote include?

Labor, pallet charges, storage, equipment, and any accessorials, shown as one price for the job. Dockline's fee is included in the quoted price — no surprise fees added after the work is done.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can withdraw a request any time before you accept a quote at no charge. After acceptance, the job's cancellation terms are shown on the quote.

Where do you have coverage?

Dockline sources facilities in major U.S. freight markets, including Los Angeles, Inland Empire, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Chicago, Memphis, Atlanta, Miami and New York. Tell us where the freight is and we'll confirm options.
